Samsung kembali mendobrak pasar handphone untuk kelas high end, kali ini dengan menghadirkan jajaran Galaxy terbarunya dengan seri Galaxy S2. Dengan ukuran 125.3 x 66.1 x 8.5mm yang tergolong sangat tipis di kelasnya Samsung mampu membenamkan processor dual core dengan kecepatan 1.2 GHz dengan dukungan memori 1GB RAM serta dibekali dengan Android v2.3 (Gingerbread). Untuk media hiburan Samsung Galaxy S2 menyematkan kamera utama 8MP dengan LED flash serta kamera sekunder 2.0MP yang juga berfungsi untuk video call, disertai pula fitur FM radio.
